Cube Housing Association Limited is a Scottish Registered Charity, formed in 1990 to develop general and special needs housing and to provide agency services to other housing organisations .
As a Registered Housing Association, Cube’s main functions are to provide affordable houses for those in housing need. This is achieved by:-
- Building new housing
- Managing and improving existing housing
- Providing housing and related services to other organisations
- Providing homes for people with particular needs such as supported housing for the elderly or people with disabilities
The Association directly owns and manages over 3,100 properties in Glasgow, West Dunbartonshire, East Dunbartonshire, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, East Renfrewshire and Argyll & Bute.
We have a employ approximately 100 staff and are currently delivering a capital programme of over £12million.
